Biosketches
For the project leader and each person important for the success of the project (up to four total), submit a one-page biosketch. At the head of each biosketch, provide the person’s name as it appears in a university on-line directory, affiliation with the university, local address, university e-mail address, and local telephone number. If the project leader's name is not listed, or if her university affiliation is not clear, in the university on-line directory, please give that information here.
Since proposals are likely to extend over several quarters, persons close to ending their tenure at the university (E.G., graduating fourth years, persons on term appointments) indicate how you will ensure continuity in your commitment to the proposal, and to the University of Chicago community.
Indicate the person’s experience and skills that are necessary for, or will contribute to, the success of the project.
